It's been a brutal two years since Hughie, Butcher, Starlight, and the crew left us with that epic cliffhanger (Ryan with Homelander? Not cool, man). But fear not, Amazon Prime Video is dropping the first three episodes of The Boys Season 4 this June, and let us tell you, things are about to get crazier than a Herogasm after a five-course meal.
We're talking eight new episodes, each one guaranteed to be more explosive than a Compound V overdose. Remember how The Boys Season 3 snagged that sweet Emmy? Yeah, well, be ready because the Boys are ready to raise the bar even higher. This season promises even more super-smashing action, shocking plot twists that'll leave you needing a Mother's Milk chaser, and enough dark humour to make even The Deep blush (well, maybe not that much, but you get the idea).

The wait is officially a pile of smouldering debris – just like Stormfront after a chat with Starlight! Amazon Prime Video has announced The Boys Season 4 release date, which is 13th June 2024. We're talking three brand new episodes that will launch us into chaos, like a supersonic Butcher flying headfirst into danger.
The Boys season 4 episode schedule
The new episodes of The Boys season 4 will be released every Thursday until the epic finale on 18th July 2024. This means episode 4 will be released on 20 June, episode 5 on 27 June, episode 6 on 4 July and episode 7 on 11 July.

Cast of The Boys season 4
The cast of The Boys season 4 is getting even crazier this season. The whole gang's back – Karl Urban as the always-angry Butcher, Jack Quaid as our not-so-average-guy Hughie, Erin Moriarty as the shining Starlight, and of course, the terrifyingly delightful Antony Starr as Homelander.
Jensen Ackles is back as the legendary Soldier Boy, and we've got the one and only Jeffrey Dean Morgan joining the cast in a mystery role – who knows what kind of chaos he'll bring? And that's not all, we've got a whole slew of new faces joining the fight, including Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, Rosemarie DeWitt – who's gonna play Hughie's mom, Simon Pegg — back as Hughie's weirdo dad, Rob Benedict, and Elliot Knight.
Story of The Boys season 4
According to the official description released by Amazon Prime Video, The Boy season 4 will see the world teetering on the brink. Victoria Neuman's political power is on the rise, practically joined at the hip with the terrifying Homelander who's flexing his muscles and consolidating his grip. Not exactly a recipe for peace.
Meanwhile, Butcher's facing a personal apocalypse – a terminal diagnosis, the loss of Becca's son, and getting kicked out of The Boys for, well, let's just say his honesty hasn't exactly been stellar. The rest of the crew are none too pleased either. With the stakes higher than ever, this dysfunctional band of heroes will have to find a way to work together and save the world before it's too late.
