That's right, the wait is over and we're about to dive back into the epic Dance of the Dragons. Yes, mark your calendars, House of the Dragon Season 2 release date of 16th June 2024 has been officially confirmed by the makers.

HBO Max just unleashed not one, but two House of the Dragon season 2 trailers, premiering June 16th!
One trailer takes us straight to Dragonstone, where Rhaenyra and Daemon are rallying their forces.  The other one gives us a peek at the drama brewing in King's Landing with Alicent, Otto, and their crew.  Intrigue? Check. Dragons? Double check.  Family feuds that would make Thanksgiving dinner look tame? Absolutely!

So, which team are you on?  Team Rhaenyra and Daemon, or Team Alicent and Aegon?  Let the battle for the Iron Throne commence.

This season will bringing back a whole bunch of familiar faces. We're talking Matt Smith (Daemon Targaryen, the rogue prince), Olivia Cooke (Queen Alicent Hightower, about to get even more scheming), Emma D'Arcy (Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, ready to claim her birthright by fire and blood), Fabien Frankel, Eve Best, Harry Collett, Ewan Mitchell, Sonoya Mizuno, Matthew Needham, Phoebe Campbell, Steve Toussaint, Rhys Ifans, Jefferson Hall, Tom Glynn-Carney, Phia Saban and Bethany Antonia.
