If you thought vegetarians always run out of options, Plural’s new summer menu is here to prove you wrong. Start with their version of roulade, Laotian salad rolled with zucchini ribbons and presented as sushi. There’s a Vietnamese pizza featuring a crispy rice paper crust with a medley of toppings, zoodles, a Southeast Asian style tagliatelle, jackfruit banh mi, and laksa curry. They also have a new and exciting bunch menu that includes egg congee, tempura veggies, and omelette banh mi. Pair them with their signature cocktails incorporating in-house tinctures and fresh fruit such as The South Side and Holly Jolly. Don’t miss out on their seasonal desserts that are an absolute treat this summer. From mango cheesecake to litchi panna cotta, ice-creams and sorbets, there’s a lot to choose from.

Their all-day summer special menu includes a range of fresh seasonal salads such as peach and burrata salad, mango fattoush salad, mango and avocado poke bowl, and balsamic shrimp and berries salad. For quick small bites, there’s crispy panko rolls, summer mezze platter, and Jamaican fried chicken with mango relish amongst others. Wait, there’s more. They have roasted butternut squash and ham flatbread, zesty grilled chicken and kale and pan seared salmon with mango and avocado salsa, perfect for a hot summer day.

Café Duco's menu boasts a variety of mango-inspired dishes that you need this summer. Try their sunny sour salad, a refreshing blend of glass noodles, raw mango, cherry tomato, spiced cashews, and a tantalising chilli honey ginger dressing. For taco lovers, the fresh chilli, shrimp and mango taco and the raw mango spiced chicken taco are absolute must-haves. Those who are looking for a wholesome meal, their loaded burrito wraps with options like pulled chipotle chicken and peri peri veggies are quite satisfying. End your meal with their mango tres leches, made of mango coulis, homemade sponge and vanilla.

La Folie’s summer collection has all the summer flavours in place - sweet, cool and tangy. Curated by chef Sanjana Patelis, the summer special menu has decadent desserts such as mango velour - an egg-friendly and keto-friendly cake made of mango lime compote, filled with mango cream cheese ganache, quinoa and oats lime streusel and lime vanilla Chantilly. They also have a tropical and refreshing macaron box which includes two mango yuzu cheesecake flavour and two raspberry confit and passionfruit flavour. You can also bite into grandma's carrot patch travel cake - a cream cheese carrot mousse with torched meringue and topped with walnut crumble. If you’re a chocolate lover, don’t miss out on their green mango and Naga chilli bar.

Pair your dishes with the Pacific jalapeno margarita, a must-try for those seeking a thrilling summer drinking experience. Save some appetite for their fresh Alphonso with vanilla ice cream and lumpia with mango, almond, and vanilla ice cream.

At Opa Mumbai, you can indulge in chef Timothy Newton’s culinary treats with dishes such as Dakos, one of the oldest dishes in Greece, made of cretan barley rusk, tomato, kalamata olives, feta, mint, and lemon. Add the delicious chicken and truffle Bourek, a crispy phyllo pastry filled with braised chicken and graviera cheese to that. In the mood for something traditional? Try the 24 hour braised lamb shoulder or Lavraki Trahana, a grilled sea bass dish with tarhana pasta, prawn bisque, and green olive salsa. To end the meal on a sweet note, go for the Sokolatopita, a hot chocolate fondant with crispy kataifi, Greek yogurt ice cream, and a white chocolate biscuit.

Your hunt for the perfect summer cocktails probably ends here. Their Pink Rose cocktail made of pink guava and rose syrup with a splash of white rum is ideal for hot summer days. If you love martinis, their Magna’s twisted Martini made of gin, malt syrup and apple juice, and tonic water is a must to cool off. Interestingly, they use brown sugar syrup in their cocktails which gives it a rich and distinct flavour.

Headed by chef Sarfaraz Ahmed, their degustation menu features the taste of regional flavours and seasonal ingredients with dishes such as kohlrabi taco with raw mango chutney, bun kebab with kosha mangsho in a tartlet made with lamb for non-vegetarians and raw banana for vegetarians, and pani puri poke bowl which has deconstructed sushi with sushi rice, tuna saku, and ponzu made of orange and yuzu lemon, all stuffed into a large puri and devoured like a chaat. There’s kachaloo - an avocado filled with chickpeas, potato, moong sprouts and seasoned with mint chutney and ajwain-tamarind chutney. Add paniyaram with parmesan moilee and scallop Wellington - the star of the menu to it. For sweet endings there’s ghewar cooked in liquid nitrogen, imarti waffle, and Khandvi ice cream.
