Indian Accent
An iconic spot in Delhi for foodies is Indian Accent. Meat dishes such as Aab Gosht with Lamb Dumpling and Kanyakumari Crab in Mustard and Coconut are among the non-vegetarian dishes that stand out. Vegans and vegetarians alike will swoon over the cherry-flavoured Dahi Gujiya and the eggplant-and-panchphoran orzo dish. An exquisite dessert with salted makhana chikki, berries, and custard apple cream. Mercii
For as long as anyone can remember, Arpita Khan Sharma and her husband Mercii have run this restaurant as a haven for true patrons of European cuisine! The new Mercii menu features Nikkei cuisine, thanks to Chef Beena Norohna. Miniature works of art include sushi rolls, colourful brie and pear salad, and little plates like scallop tiradito in leche de tigre. A pisco flame is used to complete the Cabbage au Flambé, making it a very dramatic dish. Chocolate with blueberry compote, strawberry mousse, and cheesecake wrapped in kunafa are some of the other standouts.
SAZ American Brasserie
Interested in drinking a viral moment? That's the idea behind the new Clinkbait menu at SAZ American Brasserie in BKC. Cocktails like Atomic Blonde, which combines cranberry, maraschino, and smoky accents, and Shake It Off, which combines vodka, basil, and chamomile, are exquisite yet lively. Some more enjoyable options are Three Way Kiss, a combination of kokum and jalapeño, and Back to Seven (BTS), which combines coconut rum with mango. Third time in Thailand, and other zero-ABV beverages are just as inventive and pleasant.
Fireback
A new 5-course set menu featuring traditional Thai flavours is available at Fireback in Lower Parel for weekday lunches, perfect for professionals on the go. Sample some small plates like the betel leaf, pomelo, and toasted coconut dish called Miang Kham, or the crispy shallot-topped Chicken Gorlae. Classic Phad Thai, Chicken Krapow with Thai basil and bird's eye chilli, and Massaman Curry are some of the larger dishes. Sweet desserts such as cashew nut pudding or water chestnut rubies in coconut cream round out the dinner.
