When she steps out, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone just simply stuns, and Cartier’s 25th anniversary celebration in Dubai was no different. In what is her first overseas appearance since the arrival of her daughter Dua Padukone Singh, the actress wore a custom Jade by Monica and Karishma black gown. The strapless flowy gown with billowing sleeves also has ruffled details at the hem and the plunging neckline perfectly allowed her Cartier jewels to shine bright.
Deepika Padukone’s stylist Shaleena Nathani shared the details of her outfit and look on the gram. What you see Deepika Padukone sport at Cartier’s 25th-anniversary event is a gorgeous set from their Nature Sauvage collection. The show-stopping piece called the Chryséis Necklace is simply a visual treat, and the centrestone happens to be a whopping 63.76-carat rubellite.
The neckpiece is said to be inspired by the black-and-white patterns on the wings of a butterfly and features chalcedony beads. Contrasting against the green gemstones and her black gown, the rubellite just took ours as well as husband Ranveer Singh’s breath away.
Swooning over his wife, the Bollywood actor wrote, "Wow. Dead." And looking at her pictures, we couldn’t agree more. Her makeup was done by ace makeup artist, Anil C who went for a beautiful smokey eye while keeping the complexion dewy. Hairstylist Gabriel Georgiou’s sleek bun did perfect justice to the look, keeping the focus on the two things that glistened- Deepika’s eyes, and her Cartier jewels.

What happens to be the first Deepika Padukone post-pregnancy appearance internationally was a special Cartier soirée at Burj-Al Arab. The biggest names in Hollywood and Bollywood were in attendance, including brand ambassadors such as Padukone and Monica Belluci. Apart from this celebration, there were other events, too, to mark their 25th anniversary in the Middle East.
Cartier also unveiled ‘A Journey of Wonders’ high jewellery exhibition at Al Shindagha Museum, aiming to cement its commitment and connection to the Middle Eastern region. Notable attendees include actors Dhaffer L'Abidine, Tara Emad, and presenter Raya Abirached among others.

This happens to be Deepika’s first post-pregnancy appearance and had the internet in a chokehold. Dressed very casually in a pair of blue denims and a white sweatshirt, Deepika Padukone was seen sharing the stage with actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh, who couldn’t stop raving about her brand 82 E’s products. The post-pregnancy glow, coupled with her stellar style, and her fun moves, Deepika at Dilluminati was simply stunning.

Sabyasachi’s 25th Anniversary show
At the recently held, designer Sabyasachi’s 25th Anniversary show, Deepika Padukone was seen walking the ramp as a showstopper. She opened the show, and iconic international model Christy Turlington closed the show.
Deepika was styled in a classy monochromatic ensemble for the walk, which stood out starkly in the sea of stars as it was white, while the theme for the night was all black. The Sabyasachi outfit featured a tailored pant and a chic tank top, which was layered with an oversized trench coat. The sharp silhouette exuded power dressing in the best way possible.
What added to the look was the way the accessories were styled. Deepika’s long-time favourite designer Sabyasachi, who is a maximalist by his own admission, had the models wearing stacked jewellery, and Deepika Padukone was no different. Her walk definitely took us back to the star's early modelling days.
The actress wore a stack of matching bracelets adorned her wrist, contrasting with her black leather gloves that added an edge to her look. In addition to that, Deepika Padukone also wore a vintage-inspired headband and pair of glasses, adding a contrasting old-world glamour vibe to her sharp and modern outfit. As for the jewellery, Deepika wore a pair of hoops for earrings and a bunch of layered necklaces, one of which was a striking ruby-and-diamond choker.
Her post-pregnancy style game is always on point, and we aren’t surprised because even as an expectant mother last year, Deepika never shied from taking fashion risks. Her Ambani wedding appearance for example, was stellar. The red gharchola she wore had us swooning, much like her other stunning saree looks. As she goes back to her job of turning heads, we can’t wait to see what other looks are headed our way.
