Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding is not a hush-hush affair anymore. Last evening, the groom’s mother Neetu Kapoor finally confirmed the wedding date and venue, which is all set to take place today at Ranbir Kapoor’s Bandra home, Vastu. The pre-wedding festivities kicked off yesterday with a mehendi ceremony that saw only close family and friends in attendance. And we must say, the Kapoor’s exuded some major summer wedding style inspiration. From Kareena Kapoor Khan to Neetu Kapoor, they made the perfect style choices for a summer wedding. Take a look.

The cousin of the groom stole the show at Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s pre-wedding festivities yesterday. Dressed in a gorgeous ivory Manish Malhotra lehenga in pastel hues, the actor looked like a dream. She teamed her lehenga with a sleeveless blouse and a sheer dupatta. The actress accessorised her look with a diamond necklace and stud earrings and opted for dewy makeup. Going by Manish Malhotra’s official website, the lehenga is worth Rs 5,75,000.
2. Karisma Kapoor

The actress gave her favourite designer Manish Malhotra a miss and opted for a mustard anarkali set with gota and marodi embroidery by designer Punit Balana. She paired her anarkali kurta with a jaal embroidery dupatta and printed pants with marodi work. Tying her hair into a beautiful bun she rounded off her look with jhumkas and a maang tikka. With minimal make-up and nude-toned lips, Karisma radiated major summer wedding style goals.

3. Neetu Kapoor
The groom’s mother wore a fuss-free off-white and multi-colour resham ghagra by go-to couturiers Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla and accessoried it with heirloom jewellery. In her Instagram post, she shared a glimpse of her mehendi that has the late actor and her husband Rishi Kapoor's name on it.

Ranbir Kapoor's elder sister also opted for a Manish Malhotra ensemble in an ivory palette. Draped in a dazzling ivory chiffon polka dot sequin embroidery saree, Riddhima looked stunning. She paired her saree with a matching ivory georgette blouse, wore her hair down and kept her makeup minimal. Later, she also flaunted her mehendi design on Instagram stories.
