    • 1 tbsp ghee

    • 1 tbsp crushed mixed dry fruits

    • 1 1/2 tbsp boondi

    • 1 mohanthal

    • 1 mathura pedha

    • 1 kahu katli

    • 1/2 cup basundi

  • For garnish

    • crushed mixed dry fruits

How to make Tawa Mithai Recipe?

  1. Take a tawa and heat ghee on it. Put crushed mixed dry fruits, boondi, mohanthal, Mathura pedha and kaju katli on the tawa, crush everything and mix well.
  2. Now add basundi, mix and cook well.
  3. Transfer this Tawa Mithai to a kulhad, garnish with crushed dry fruits and serve.
