Ingredients For Tawa Chicken Burger Recipe

  • For Masala

    • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

    • 1/2 cup chopped onion

    • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

    • 1 chopped green chilli

    • 1 tbsp chopped ginger

    • 1/4 cup chopped tomato

    • 1/2 tbsp red chilli paste

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tsp coriander powder

    • water as required

  • For Chicken Stuffing

    • 1 tbsp butter

    • 80 gm roughly shredded chicken

    • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

    • salt to taste

    • 1 1/2 tbsp Schezwan chutney

  • For Dressing

    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage

    • 1 tbsp carrot juliennes

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

    • pinch of mustard powder

    • pinch of chilli flakes

    • salt to taste

    • roughly chopped coriander leaves

    • lemon juice

  • For Tawa Burger

    • burger buns

    • 1 tbsp grated cheese

    • pinch of crushed black pepper

How to make Tawa Chicken Burger Recipe?

  1. Melt butter on a tawa and add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, chopped tomato, red chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, saute well and add some water and mix well.
  2. Melt some more butter on the same tawa and chicken pieces, capsicum and salt and cook well. Next add Schezwan chutney and mix well.
  3. For dressing mix together cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, mustard powder, chilli flakes, salt, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  4. Toast the buns on the same tawa. Now spread burger masala on one bun and put chicken stuffing over it and top it with dressing and grated cheese and crushed black pepper and then put the other bun on it.
