Ingredients For Sookju Namul Recipe
1/2 pound mung bean sprouts, rinsed thoroughly
1 scallion, finely chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp kosher salt
How to make Sookju Namul Recipe?
- Boil and strain the sprouted beans. Transfer the beans to a bowl.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, spring onion, sesame, Kosher salt and mix well.
- Garnish with sesame and serve.
