Smoky Tandoori Noodles is an aromatic and flavourful version of the regular Chinese noodles. Indian cuisine is famous for its tandoori food – tandoori chicken, tandoori paneer, tandoori naan, tandoori gobi and what not. Basically, tandoori food is cooked in a special oven called tandoor and before cooking the food is marinated in a special tandoori masala. The tandoor and the tandoori masala give the food a unique smoky, spicy, aromatic flavour.

Here, the chef makes Smoky Tandoori Noodles. He uses a special sauce Smoky Tandoori Sauce to give the noodles smoky tandoori flavour.

Chef Smit’s Smoky Tandoori Noodles are tantalizingly delicious.
