For Tadka
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2-3 slit green chillies
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Lemon juice
For Stuffing
- 1 cup grated paneer
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon green chutney
- Salt to taste
Preparation for the batter and tadka
For Batter
- Take a bowl and add besan (gram flour), lemon juice, sugar, turmeric powder, ginger and green chilli paste and salt.
- Now add water and mix it well using a whisk.
- Add baking soda and mix it well.
- Grease oil in a baking tray and put the batter in the tray.
- Take a bowl and add grated paneer, chopped capsicum, grated cheese, salt and green chutney.
- Mix well.
- Now put the backing tray in the instant pot and steam for 15-20 minutes.
For Tadka
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chillies. Mix well.
- Now add sugar, salt, water and lemon juice. Mix it.
