Ingredients For Paneer Dhokla Sandwich Recipe

    • 2 cups besan

    • 2 tsp sugar

    • 2 tbsp lemon juice

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • salt to taste

    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste

    • water as required

    • ¼ tsp baking soda

    • 1 tbsp water

  • For tadka

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • 1 tsp mustard seed

    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

    • 2-3 slit green chillies

    • 1 cup water

    • 2 tbsp sugar

    • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • For stuffing

    • 1 cup grated paneer

    • ½ cup grated cheese

    • ¼ cup chopped green capsicum

    • 1 tbsp green chutney

    • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Dhokla Sandwich Recipe?

  1. Take a bowl and add besan (gram flour), lemon juice, sugar, turmeric powder, ginger and green chilli paste and salt.
  2. Now add water and mix it well using a whisk.
  3. Add baking soda and mix it well.
  4. Grease oil in a baking tray and pour the batter in the tray.
  5. Take a bowl and add grated paneer, chopped capsicum, grated cheese, salt and green chutney.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Now put the baking tray in the instant pot and steam for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chillies. Mix well.
  9. Now add sugar, salt, water and lemon juice. Mix it.
  10. Place the dhokla on the board and cut the dhokla in half horizontally.
  11. Spread the paneer mixture on the dhokla slice.
  12. Now cover it with the another slice.
  13. Cut into pieces.
