INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup corn

    • 1/4 cup spring onion greens

    • 1 tsp red chillies

    • 1/2 tsp sugar

    • 1 tsp black pepper powder

    • salt as per taste

    • mozzarella cheese

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

PREPARATION

    Mix corn, spring onion, red chillies, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mozzarella cheese and mayo in a bowl.

    Transfer the corn mixture to a pan. Sprinkle cheese on the pan.

    Broil in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 mins.

    Garnish with spring onion and serve.

Korean Corn Cheese is a popular appetizer. It can be easily made at home. The taste is similar to creamed corn with melted cheese on top.
