1 cup corn
1/4 cup spring onion greens
1 tsp red chillies
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Mix corn, spring onion, red chillies, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mozzarella cheese and mayo in a bowl.
- Transfer the corn mixture to a pan. Sprinkle cheese on the pan.
- Broil in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve.
