Ingredients For Kimbap Recipe
1/2 cup cooked short grain rice
1/2 cup carrots cut lengthwise
1/2 cup cucumbers cut lengthwise
5 crab meat sticks
salt as per taste
2 eggs
2 nori sheets
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup minced lamb meat
1 tsp black peper powder
How to make Kimbap Recipe?
- Mix cooked short-grain rice, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix carrots, cucumbers, vinegar and salt in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook minced lamb meat in it.
- Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Whisk two eggs and salt in a bowl. Heat oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture. Cook from both sides, cut it lengthwise and set it aside.
- Toast the cucumber and carrots in a pan. Shred the crab meat stick.
- Warm the nori sheet. Place rice, blanched spinach, cucumber, carrot, and zucchini on the nori sheet.
- Roll the sheet. Brush with sesame oil.
- Make the non-veg kimbap using cooked meat, eggs and shredded crab meat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
- Cut it into bite-size portions and serve.
