Ingredients For Heart Attack Hot Dog Recipe

  • For Paneer Bhurji

    • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

    • 1 tbsp chopped onions

    • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

    • 1 tsp chopped green chilli

    • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

    • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

    • 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tsp garam masala powder

    • 1 tsp chaat masala

    • water as required

    • 1 cup grated cottage cheese

    • 1/2 tbsp butter

    • 1/2 tbsp red chilli paste

    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • For Hot Dog

    • 1 tbsp butter

    • hot dog bun

How to make Heart Attack Hot Dog Recipe?

  1. Melt butter in a pan and add onions, garlic, green chilli, tomatoes, coriander leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala, and water and mix well.
  2. Now add grated cottage cheese, butter, red chilli paste and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  3. Mix together butter, cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, red chilli paste, chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves to make dressing.
  4. Melt butter in a pan, slit the hot dog buns in half and fry them.
  5. Spread paneer bhurji on one side of hot dog bun and dressing on the other side.
