Chole Palak Paneer is a mouthwatering combination of the iconic chole and palak paneer. Chole (chickpeas) gravy is a popular spicy north Indian gravy. Palak Paneer is another north Indian gravy made with spinach (palak) and cottage cheese (paneer). These gravies are generally served with naan, roti or rice.

However, in this recipe, palak paneer is combined with chole to make a dry gravy and it is served in clay pots.

The spicy and creamy Chole Palak Paneer snack is a complete meal in itself.
