Chocolate Golgappa is a tasty, chocolaty take on the beloved Indian street food golgappa. Pani Puri or Golgappa is a much-adored savoury, spicy and tangy Indian food that is available in every nook and corner of the country.

Here, the chef gives this dish a twist and makes a dessert from the savoury puris or golgappas. Instead of a spicy, tangy filling, the golgappas are covered with melted chocolate and have a sprinkling of red chilli powder and chaat masala to give that sweet and spicy flavours.

Chocolate Golgappa is a crazy blend of sweet, savoury and spicy flavours.
