    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 1 tbsp chopped onion

    • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic

    • 1 tsp chopped ginger

    • 1 tsp chopped green chillies

    • 1 tsp asafoetida

    • salt to taste

    • 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 2 tsp red chilli powder

    • 1 tsp coriander powder

    • 1 grated corn

    • khakhra

    • freshly grated coconut

How to make Bhutte Ki Kees Recipe?

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, asafoetida, salt and chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  2. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder and cook well.
  3. Next, grate the corn and mix well with the masala and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Spread this Bhutte Ki Kees over a khakhra, garnish with chopped tomatoes, beetroot shavings, freshly grated coconut, nylon sev, masala peanuts, coriander leaves and sprinkle some lemon juice and serve.
