Bhuna Aloo is a spicy and yummy street food that is made with baby potatoes. The baby potaotes are then mixed with spices and topped with different chutneys.

In this recipe, the chef cooks / roasts baby potatoes in an iron pot filled with sand. He then prepares a special spicy and zesty chutney to serve with the perfectly roasted potaotes.
