Bhaji Katori Chaat is an interesting and tasty variation of the Pav Bhaji. Pav Bhaji is a popular street food in India. It consists of Bhaji, a mishmash of veggies cooked in butter and served with crispy Pavs.

Here, the chef makes Bhaji in the same manner as is made for Pav Bhaji. He serves this Bhaji in Katoris or tart shells and tops it with herbs and spices.

The spicy, zesty bhaji and the crispy, crusty Katoris make for a yummilicious combo.
