2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 pounds boneless chicken cubes
1/4 cup mirin
salt as required
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup sesame seeds
white sesame seeds for garnish
chopped spring onion greens for garnish
