Take a bowl, add flour, ajwain (carom seeds), salt, ghee and mix well. 

Now add water and make stiff dough. Cover and keep aside.   

Heat oil in a pan, add hing, ginger chilli paste and sauté.

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it which were for dough except water and mix it well.   

Now add water and make semi hard dough. 

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll the balls using a rolling pin on the rolling board.  

Deep fry them until puff and golden in colour from both sides. Remove and keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, coriander seeds, hing and saute.   

Add ginger green chilli paste and saute.  

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute.
