Chilli Soya

Take a bowl and add soya chunks.

Soak them into warm water (not too warm) for about 5 minutes.   

Now squeeze out the water from the soya chunks.

Now put them into another bowl.

Now add soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add corn flour and black pepper powder.

Makai Khichiya Nachos 

Heat oil in a pan and add salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, asafoetida, papad khar, and chilli flakes and give it a boil.

Now add corn flour to it and cook for a few minutes till a dough is formed.

Remove this dough on a muslin cloth, tie it. Steam this dough for 7-8 minutes in a steamer.

Put this dough in a bowl, add some oil and knead a dough.

Make small balls of the dough, place plastic sheets in the papad making machine and make papads.

Let the papads dry in the sun for 2-3 days.

For making Makai Khichiya Nachos, deep-fry the makai khichiya.

In a bowl, mix together chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, chopped onion, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chopped green chilli, lemon juice and tomato juice to make salsa.
