With a surge of new restaurants in Pune introducing vibrant ideas, daring concepts, and delectable menus, the city’s food scene is experiencing quite a boom. The newly opened restaurants in Pune range from chic international kitchens to unique, cosy cafés and are quickly gaining popularity among the locals. There's something for everyone, whether you're an experienced foodie or just in it to experience something new.
Here are some of the newly opened restaurants in Pune that have us all excited

If you love chaat, we bet you have a soft spot for Benaras. But to enjoy the delicious flavours of the mystical city, you don’t need to book tickets to Varanasi anymore. First on the list of new restaurants in Pune happens to be this eastery in Camp that opened its doors in early March. From the classic Paalak Patta Chaat to Tamatar Chaat, which became famous all over the country after being featured on the Ambani wedding menu, Banarasiya has it all. Oh, and did we mention they are completely preservative-free?

Inviting Punekars to chug is this next entry on the list of new restaurants in Pune. Chug Biergarten opened its doors in late march, and has quickly grown in popularity. With 20+ craft beers on the tap, and a delectable menu to match, this is quickly becoming one of our favourite restaurants in Baner.
And the beautiful cosy interiors? Simply the cherry on top!

If you are looking for new restaurants in Koregaon Park, this next entry is for you. Tucked away in a beautiful spot in the happening neighbourhood, this is one of the new cafes in Pune that can serve as a perfect brunch spot for you this weekend.
The eatery by Chef Meeta Makhecha opened its doors in February and has been winning hearts with its thoughtfully curated and consciously created menu. With dishes like Chicken Gochujang Salad, seasonal specials like Mango Matcha Latte, and beautifully designed interiors, this is one of the loveliest new cafes in Pune to check out.

This new name in the list of restaurants in Baner comes with an interesting twist. Cafe by day, and bar by night, Flipside gets the best of both worlds. With beautiful interiors (and exteriors too!), a thoughtfully curated menu, and a cosy vibe, this is one of the newly opened restaurants in Pune that has us all excited.
While there are plenty other new cafes in Pune, not many can boast of a seamless transition from 9-5 vibes to 5-9 vibes. And the fact that is pet friendly is just the cherry on top!

Headed by Chef Vardaan Marwah, this is one of the new restaurants in Koregaon Park that has us excited. Named after the ancient grain Farro (locally called Khapli), this stunning restaurant serves Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and modern Indian cuisine but a bit reimagined. Think Rajma Cannoli, Parmesan Jalebi, or drinks like Sone Ki Chidiya, a gin based cocktail with kokum, and you get the drift. Add to it the laidback seating, and relaxed vibe, and you’ve got a winner at hand!

Where: Lane No. 6, Meera Nagar Garden Society, Meera Nagar, Koregaon Park, Pune

Headed by Chef Ambar Rode, Nanna's Negroni opened its doors in December last year but word of mouth has made it one of the busiest newly opened restaurants in Pune in these last few months. A Cordon Bleu Australia alum, he is also the force behind Le Petit Amour and Flamingo in Kothrud.
Thoughtfully designed, this is one of the busiest new restaurants in Baner and a must-try. Whether it is their lovely sourdough pizzas, hand rolled pasta, or gorgeous desserts, the food at Nanna's Negroni is just simply oh so good!
