There is always something new that the hospitality space in India is abuzz with, and Q2 started with quite a bang for F&B brands across the country. Whether it is fresh new menus at your favourites, brand new spaces popping up, or even the established names branching out, there is so much happening this month. And we have got the whole list!

Restaurant Week India

Starting strong, we have Restaurant Week India making a comeback after a decade. Best of the best, set menus, and easy reservations make this an unmissable event. Taking place from 24 April to 3 May 2026, the festival will span Mumbai, Delhi‑NCR and Bengaluru, featuring a tightly curated line‑up of over 55 leading restaurants. Each participating restaurant will offer specially designed three‑course prix‑fixe menus created exclusively for the festival. The vegetarian set menu is priced at Rs 1,500 per person, while the non-vegetarian set menu will cost you Rs 1,800. Read all about it here!

Coastal Kissa

A limited-edition menu celebrating India's 7,500+ km shoreline, Coastal Kissa is all about exploring the region through interconnected culinary stories. It is not isolated regional cuisines; the menu instead embraces movement and exchange. Where ingredients, techniques, and influences intersect. Think Thoran Gnocchi, Mango Medley Chaat, Recheado Goan Prawn Toast, Crab Kothu Benedict, and more. The beverage menu features cocktails like Kokum Batanga and Malabar Coastal Cooler alongside house-crafted coolers. Each plate is a narrative-driven experience of coastal India that you shouldn’t miss.

Gallops, Mumbai

If a lighter, fresher aesthetic perfectly tuned for the summer is what you’re looking for, head to Gallops. Their summer cabanas are back for the season, and they include updated furnishings, ambient lighting, and thoughtful design elements, making them perfect for summer outings. The revamped space offers guests a sophisticated retreat from city heat, all while enjoying carefully curated cuisine and beverage programming.
The menu is a good mix of old favourites and seasonal bests. Think Melba Toast, Palak Anjeer Kebab, Achari Chicken Tikka, Goan Grilled Prawns, and Corn Ribs for the new crowd favourites, while crowd favourites such as Dal Makhni, Butter Chicken, Akhroti Lasuni Palak, and Nalli Nihari are, of course, there.

Cafe by The St Regis

Mango is the ultimate taste of summer, and the edit at Cafe by The St Regis is all about celebrating the best of it. The menu brings together fresh ingredients, playful textures, and cooling sips, making it perfect for your summer brunches. Start with colourful appetisers like the Alphonso & Ruby Beetroot Bruschetta, which features roasted beetroot, mascarpone, mint, honey, and sweet Alphonso mango. Or go for the Chilled Mango Chilli Gazpacho, a cool soup that wonderfully balances the summer palate by combining Alphonso mango, aji amarillo chilli, and cucumber. Then move on to the main courses like the Savoury Mango & Black Rice Buddha Bowl, which includes black rice, avocado, sweet potato, kale, and Alphonso mango, and the Honey-Mango Glazed Chicken, which is served with jasmine rice and fresh mango salsa. These dishes are robust but refreshing. End on a sweeter note with Mango Tres Leche and Mango Frangipane Tart. Doesn’t get better than this!

Bengaluru's striking rooftop venue KAI – Bar & Kitchen launches its seasonal Cocktail collection, celebrating summer through innovative mixology. The curated selection reflects contemporary craft cocktail trends whilst showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients perfect for warm-weather sipping. 
If you'd like to keep it clean and crisp, there is Kyuri Bliss. For lovers of all things tropical, there is Trinity Paloma, and if you like it a bit softer, there is Akari. From the new menu, The Pisco Sour is a bright citrus-forward punch, while Penicillin is perfect for people who like to keep it bold.

The Orangery

This summer, Drift Sunday Picnic Brunch launches at The Orangery's glasshouse setting, reimagining leisurely Sunday dining. Conceived as an intimate extension of Comorin, the picnic-style experience blends Drift's comfort-driven European and American classics with bohemian summer energy. The set menu features grazing boards, Croissant Avocado Tartine, Baked Camembert, Pulled Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos, Linguini alla Nerano, and decadent desserts like Sourdough French Toast and Vanilla Crème Brûlée. Hosted at oversized garden tables, the experience prioritises unhurried moments and meaningful hospitality within a lush, naturally-lit sanctuary.
