A surreal sundowner awaits you just a ferry away with some of the most delicious meals ever. The thoughtfully designed space full of greenery is the perfect weekend getaway offering chef Nitin Mongia's specials such as the Malvani crab comes with just the right amount of homemade spices, a Turkish lamb that is slow-cooked for six hours and served on a bed of labneh and paprika butter, burrata with grape and marinated tomato, Kerala prawns, veg pad Thai, and chocolate and salted caramel tarts - nothing but pure indulgence.

 Inspired by México’s fun cantina culture, Mezcalita is a Latin-American street party right here in Mumbai. . The team makes sure real flavours from Baja all the way to Yucatan land up on your plate and glass. From their bunless Portobello avocado to Panucho, their take on Don Hucho's iconic taco tortillas with a black bean paste, it's a celebration of all things Mexican.

Nestled in a quiet by-lane in Bandra, Jade & Ginger specialises in Asian-inspired food. Chef Parth Purandare’s menu offers an interesting variety of salads, sandwiches, sliders, baos, tacos and smoothies. Nippon classic salad, Asian avocado cobb, katsu chicken salad, and Vietnamese buff salad, chicken banh mi, Thai meatball sub, shrimp po’boy, miso steak sando, spicy Bangkok mushroom, red bean and shitake sliders, and pulled jackfruit rendang are some of the must-haves. India’s home-grown and iconic sports bar - The Studs has opened its doors in Thane. What started as a high-energy environment for sports enthusiasts is now a space that offers a holistic experience to patrons. With a blend of Victorian era molding, wooden tables, camel leather semi chesterfield sofas, jersey frames and a sports merchandise shelf it’s the place sports lovers need to be at. Co-curated by the duo, chefs Dhiraj Dalvi and Talat Fatima, the menu is inspired by the world's street food enjoyed during sporting events and includes assorted fries and wedges to the crowd-favourite chicken wings available in several options like Bhut Jolokiya, honey chilli, sukka or cajun, and the Yankee platter. If you like pizza, try their chicken fajita and spicy cilantro chicken with fire roasted and kasundi as vegetarian options. The main course features dishes such as Malvani chicken, Thai curry, Zaitooni paneer tikka or the pav bhaji fondue, suran Akbari and kala mutton thali. End your meal with their unique tea-tiramisu, a desi twist to the traditional tiramisu or a skillet cookie topped with homemade ice cream.

Gourmands can get a glimpse of their plating and final touches before the dish is served. Try their chef’s special grilled fish pairs exceptionally well with pomme puree or savour the taste of summer with their harissa spiced prawns summer salad, cajun prawns, birria pulled lamb tacos, spiced pumpkin ravioli, and devil’s chocolate chilli cake.

South Bombay’s much-loved resto-bar, The Bombay Cartel finally opens in Juhu. Offering an excellent sit-down experience with breathtaking cityscape views that cuts you off from the cacophony. From the bespoke pattern terrazzo tile flooring to the pebble granite leather finish bartop to signature arches, the interiors are vibrant and sophisticated. Their culinary experience features a lip-smacking multi-cuisine that gives a new meaning to its vegetarian fare of unique small plates, wholesome large plates, and comforting soul food paired with some exquisite craft cocktails curated by Pearl Fernandes, the brand ambassador for Bacardi.

Mumbai's first Basque culture inspired rooftop lounge located in Worli, is an exquisite and sustainable space inspired by the Spanish-French baserri design that features subtle furnishings surrounded by lush greenery. Curated by chef Rakesh Talwar, the menu features a mix of Asian, Mediterranean, and Indian dishes. From dukkah-crusted fish to gluten-free pizza to truffle mushroom volcano maki paired with sake, to a lamb carne asada—all of this delishness awaits you at Zerua. Special mention to their thoughtfully curated drinks menu which includes barrel-aged and zero-waste cocktails made with rapid infusions, foam washing, cream washing, and fruit leather.

The modern Asian bistro and tapas bar has made its way to Malad which makes it the third in the city. Keeping up with the flavours of Asian classics, the menu features an aromatic Laksa soup, steaming miso ramen, fresh and flavourful asparagus, corn and burnt spring onion dim sum, avocado tacos, crispy Cheung Fun prawn dim sum, tuna tataki pizza, and Kurobuta pork spareribs. Some of the chef's recommendations are crispy veg maki, dragon roll, som tam, and Panang curry. Pair your choice of dish with their range of classic cocktails such as tropical snow and shikoku cooler. For sweet endings they have the decadent chocolate ball on fire with Cointreau, the liquid hazelnut fondant cake, and vanilla panna cotta.

Craving for some juicy and delicious burgers? The Serial Griller opened its new outlet in Andheri this month and promises to take your taste buds on a ride with their fresh and handcrafted gourmet burgers. Try their Sixty Nine Burger, available in chicken, lamb, and buff with six patties stacked and loaded with cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions, lettuce, ketchup, and spicy mayo or The Vulgarity 2.0 Burger, with its fried patty, molten cheese, and a hint of spice. For those who like it hot, there's the HellFire Burger, with its patty braised with hot sauce, chilli onion mince, jalapenos, tomatoes, grilled onions, lettuce, spicy mayo, and cheese.
