1. Ekaa X Short Story

Indulge in the flavours of native Nagaland ingredients at the culinary pop-up happening today and tomorrow at Ekaa. Nagaland’s chef, Salangyanger Jamir along with chef Niyati Rao has curated a special menu inspired by their recent foraging trip. Expect traditional delicacies with innovative reinterpretations, with dishes such as chicken soup made of desi chicken, bamboo extract, and floss. It’s a take on Chef Salang moms’ recipe, Axone (fermented soybean) served with smoked duck or pumpkin and accompanied by jungle juice made with secret condiment and micro potatoes with aged and smoked pork, kholar beans, and Naga mountain pepper. Trust us, you are in for a treat.

A fusion of Indian and western seafood delights awaits for seafood lovers at Hotel Ambassador. The menu features delectable dishes such as South Indian fried prawns, raiwalla fish tikka, English Channel fingers, Mexican and French sea bass, lobster thermidor, tandoori pomfret, lal mirch ka zhingra, cafreal wali macchi and special curries of Goa, Malvan, Bengal and Punjab. Tomorrow is the last day of the month-long culinary feast, so make the most of it.
