DJ was portrayed by Aamir Khan; he was a carefree, rebellious figure who at first resisted joining the group's activities. The movie was a box office and critical hit and received numerous honours.
4. Taare Zameen Par
Aamir Khan himself directed the heartwarming movie Taare Zameen Par. Ishaan, a young kid who battles with dyslexia and feels misunderstood by his parents and teachers, is the main character of the movie. Nikumbh, a kind teacher who aids Ishaan in overcoming his learning impairment, was portrayed by Aamir Khan. The movie, India's official submission for Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards, was a critical and financial hit.
5. 3 Idiots
Rajkumar Hirani's comedy-drama 3 Idiots was released in 2012. Three buddies are the subject of the movie, who reminisce about their college years ten years after they graduated. Ranchoddas Chanchad, also known as Rancho, was portrayed by Aamir Khan. Rancho is a brilliant engineering student who challenges conventional educational practices. Nitesh Tiwari is the director of the biographical sports drama called Dangal. In the movie, a former wrestler prepares his daughters to compete on the international stage. Mahavir Singh Phogat, the stern but loving father who is determined to see his daughters thrive, was portrayed by Aamir Khan. At the time of its release, the movie became the most successful Indian film ever both critically and financially.
