Actor and producer Aamir Khan might not always be trending, but when he does, it's for a good reason. Let's see what he's been up to lately.
Aamir recently donated Rs 25 lakh towards Assam's CM Relief Fund for the flood-affected people. He's not the only Bollywood personality though. Sonu Nigam, Rohit Shetty, Arjun Kapoor too have donated Rs 5 lakh each.
He also made a generous donation towards relief against Covid-19 and has donated to Narendra Modi's PM-Cares fund as well as the Maharashtra CM's relief fund. During the lockdown, the actor also helped the daily wage workers of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, his upcoming release.
The fact that he always manages to attract attention is proven by this photo where actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni hosted Aamir for a dinner in Hyderabad. The photo of the three shared by Upasana on Instagram has gone viral.
Aamir also ran into Amitabh Bachchan who's also in Hyderabad shooting for an upcoming science-fiction film tentatively titled ‘Project K’. Bachchan was pleasantly surprised to see Aamir knocking on his car window as he was leaving from an event .
Recently, as Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Lagaan’ completed 21 years, Aamir Khan hosted a reunion for the crew at his home where former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan was also present.
Aamir and Bhojpuri actor Akshara Singh were clicked dancing to 'Laal Singh Chaddha’s' latest song, ‘Phir Na Aisi Raat Aayegi’. Both the actors seem to be enjoying their little jig quite a bit.
‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is the remake of the Tom Hanks-starrer 'Forrest Gump' and has already garnered much curiosity and praise. Rumours are that he plans to do one of the 2018-Spanish film, 'Campeones'. Let's wait till we find out.
