1. Palate Festival
The two-day food extravaganza, Delhi’s food festival - Palate Fest 2023 is back with its new edition. The much-awaited family affair brings together India’s finest restaurants, food enthusiasts, chefs, entertainers and musicians, food tasting sessions, entertainment and an overall palate-pleasing affair. There will also be enthralling performances at the culinary festival, catering to a diverse audience. The main highlight of the fest will be the launch of Palate Mkt, an e-commerce app on its way to becoming the biggest online marketplace for all things food and gourmet.

2. Rice Food Festival
A specially curated rice menu at Cafe Delhi Heights will allow you to explore the versatility and taste of rice like never before. Titled, Rice Above the Rest, the menu is designed keeping in mind, the way rice is cooked in different states in different forms. One can enjoy different varieties like curd rice, Hyderabadi biryani etc and specials from Maharashtra like masale bhaat, payesh from Assam, gian pilaf from Goa, tehri from Lucknow, yakhni pulao from Kashmir, and jadoh from Meghalaya are added to this special menu.

3. Kashmiri Food Festival
The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi brings yet another epicurean journey of authentic delicacies from the beautiful snow-capped valleys of Kashmir. Chef Tariq Ahmed from Srinagar is curating a culinary symphony with a traditional Kashmiri food festival ‘Sair-e-Kashmir’. Using the finest organic ingredients flown in from the valley, the guest master chef will prepare dishes infused with the richness of the key spices of Kashmiri cuisine- cinnamon, cardamom, chilli and saffron. The traditional Kashmiri non-vegetarian signature dishes will include rista, gushtaba, tabak maaz and more. For the vegetarian palate, there will be dishes like tamatar chhaman, chok wangan, nadru yakhni and the fragrant flavour-packed zafrani phirni.

4. Surajkund International Crafts Mela
Held in Faridabad, Surajkund International Crafts Mela has always been a colourful festival, bringing light to the enormous talent of artisans and craftspeople from here. On its 36th edition now, the festival will witness colours and cultures from across the globe with countries like Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Uzbekistan Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Cambodia, and UAE to name a few. The theme state of this year is the northeastern region of the country.
