The Narmada river travels a great distance crossing other famous tourist attractions and then narrows down to take a plunge into the great falls known as the Dhuandhar Falls. The plunge that hits the bottom is said to be so powerful that it could be used to generate hydro energy for electric power plants. The sound of the water crashing is very loud and can be heard from a good distance, and all you can see is mist all around due to the pace of the waterfall. You can also try the ropeway on top of the waterfall which gives a panoramic view of the falls. 2. The spectacular Bhedaghat marble rocks
The marble rocks are situated in Bhedaghat, on the banks of the Narmada river, at a distance of 25 km from the main city. These marble rocks look like mountains of marble in different colours like green, blue and even pink. 3. The panoramic Madan Mahal Fort

This fort was built by Raja Madan Shah who was a Gond ruler, in the year 1116 AD and still holds the same beauty as it did before.
