The New York Fashion Week Fall Winter 2024 presentations has generated buzz aplenty. From Zendaya's doing the early rounds to K-pop stars walking shows for their designer friends, fashion lovers have a lot to chat about right now. But what we want to  talk about today is an Indian label that just debited at the global fashion week with a capsule collection consisting of eight absolutely lovely pieces. According to the brand, while craftsmanship takes center stage, their standout feature includes the addition of deep, functional pockets in their garments, a feature that has been often neglected in women's fashion. A detail we also noticed in their capsule collection, titled 'Attraversiamo', meaning "let's cross over" in Italian and often heard by people saying it to each other when they are walking down the street.

The collection draws inspiration from the streets of Italy, infusing the pieces with elements that pay homage to the captivating energy of Italy. Characterised by subtle colours and exquisite fabric textures, what stood out for us was that the clothes were simply pretty. The blue plunge dress and the yellow maxi we see above are quite inviting. A textile-first design approach ensures that you experience incredible craftsmanship without compromising on comfort.

I absolutely gasped when I saw the textured coat with a vibrant yellow-lined sleeve. A stunning cinch moment with the mid-riff clenching detail, this is power dressing re-invented like a dream. With other statement pieces, this homegrown label sure made a lasting impression on fashion week attendees. With many praising the silhouettes, fashion-forward detailing on the garments, the vibrancy of the styles and last but not the least, the pockets in all of the garments. Talk about practicing what your preach; we love to see that!
