Varun Dhawan has established himself in Bollywood well with his strong acting abilities and endearing demeanour. Son of renowned director David Dhawan, he was born on April 24, 1987, in Mumbai, India. He earned his degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, before moving back to Bombay and taking up acting.

Post being an assistant on My Name Is Khan, Varun made his debut in the Karan Johar directorial, Student of the Year in 2012. Varun's performance in the movie garnered him a massive fan following. Varun Dhawan plays Humpty, a Delhi youngster with a golden heart, in the romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya. His attire in the film was a blend of traditional and contemporary, showing both his character's appreciation of his roots and his forward-thinking viewpoint. 4. Badlapur (2015)

Varun Dhawan portrays Raghav, a man seeking vengeance for the death of his family, in the crime thriller Badlapur.
