As the jury member at Cannes 2022, Deepika Padukone owned the Red Carpet with her drop-dead glamorous looks during her multiple appearances. With the assistance of her go-to stylist, Shaleena Nathani, Padukone experimented with a variety of different silhouettes and looks from casual to haute couture with effortless charm.
Deepika Padukone's love affair with Cannes red carpet doesn't need a special mention. She opted for an all-black monochrome piece from ArdAzAei. The full-sleeved ensemble was teamed elegantly with a bold red lip shade and a statement Cartier neckpiece that had us swooning over her look.
The red Louis Vuitton gown Padukone wore on her third appearance at Cannes, in contrast to the retro-inspired Sabyasachi looks she wore on her first two appearances had a fresh, modern feel to it. Peplum detailing around the waist and a voluminous skirt gave the gown a sense of occasion for the Cannes red carpet. Deepika Padukone's diamond necklace from Cartier was a show-stopper and a statement piece. A matching red lip and fluttery lashes are evidence of Deepika's fabulous beauty choice.
Deepika's head-turning looks have been the talk of the Cannes Film Festival. She also wore a glamorous, body-hugging black gown by designer Alex Perry that came with an off-shoulder detailing, full sleeves, and a plunging neckline. Her debonair look was accentuated by contoured cheeks, subtle sparkling eyeshadow, and lipstick.
Recently, Deepika walked the Cannes red carpet wearing a full-length custom black gown by Louis Vuitton adorned with sequins and sharp embellishments. Deepika’s gown was quite a scene-stealer. She further added drama to her look with bold eye makeup and a messy hair bun. She gave her outfit an unconventional turn with grunge makeup.
Bringing summer colour to the French Riviera, Deepika wore a voluminous Ashi Studio couture gown to the Cannes red carpet. The ensemble had a cape-like silhouette and a bustier neckline. Padukone's green Farah Khan World earrings were the perfect pop of contrasting colour.
At Cannes, Padukone reminded us that what we need on a bright summer's day is an overdose of florals. She opted for a floral ensemble from top to bottom by wearing a Richard Quinn creation—a strapless maxi number that featured a flared silhouette with floral prints. While Padukone twirled around for photos, her look was accessorised with mini pearl earrings. Well, that’s how you nail a minimal summer look.
Deepika is leaving no stone unturned to impress the Cannes red carpet in her high octane outfits. The star wore a spectacular cape gown from Louis Vuitton’s Cruise 2022 collection. Fresh off the runway, the floor-sweeping gown had dramatic cape sleeves with structured accents and black fringe details. It also featured metallic accents all over and she accentuated the look with small earrings and opted for dewy makeup. Her shimmering gold eyelids and kohl-laden eyes perfectly complemented her outfit.
