Ingredients For Zam Zam Pulao 🔥 Recipe
For chicken tikka marination - Chicken 500 gms , 2 tsp corn flour , 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste , ½ Kali Miri powder , ½ zeera powder,1 tsp kashmiri laalmirch powder , 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric , ½ garam masala powder, 1 tsp chicken tikka masala, salt to taste
For chicken Kofta - 250 grams chicken minced, ¼ turmeric , ¼ pepper powder , ¼ jeera powder ¼ garam masala powder 1 Kashmiri Lal mirch powder, 1 red chilli powder, 1tsp tandoori masala , salt to taste , 2 finely the chopped onions, 2 finely chopped green chillies , coriander and mint leaves chopped , two teaspoon gram flour
Veggies - two carrot , two capsicum (Julian cu,4 to 5 potatoes
For pulao - 5 to 6 medium size onions, 5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, three teaspoon green chilli paste, two teaspoon biryani masala powder, one teaspoon jeera, 4 cloves, 4 Black peppers , 2 dalchini , 2 bay leaves, one teaspoons sauf , 200 grams dahi, 250 grams chicken pieces, 1 kg basmati rice , mint and coriander leaves.
How to make Zam Zam Pulao 🔥 Recipe?
- For chicken tikka- marinate the chicken tikka with all the Powder masalas, add ginger garlic paste, let it rest for 1 hour, after 1 hour fry all the chicken pieces. Add 2 tsp cornflour
- For kofta- take 250 gram minced chicken , add ginger garlic paste, add all the Powder masalas mentioned in the ingredients, then add 2 to 3 finally chopped onions, 2 green chillies, chopped coriander and mint leaves,
- Add two teaspoon gram flour , half lime juice, mix all of the ingredients all of the ingredients and make round shape balls of them, fry them on low flame till golden brown.
- colour the potatoes green & red. Fry capsicum carrot and potatoes still golden.
- In a large utensil add 5 to 6 tablespoons of oil, add whole garam masala's mentioned above, add onions and fry, add chicken 250 grams, them till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 to 3 minutes, add 4 tomatoes Julian cut, add biryani masala, and then dahi, add green chilli paste. Fry all the ingredients for 3 minutes till the oil releases, add water as required according to rise, add chopped coriander and mint leaves, let it cook for 10 minutes, as soon as it starts boiling add rice, rice should be washed and socked for one hour, now you can add rice, salt to taste . Let it cook for 10 minutes, start adding half of the kofta and chicken tikka pieces ,veggies when your eyes is half cooked. Cook on low flame for 15 to 10 minutes.
