    • 1 - 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame salt

    • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

    • 2 tsp sugar

How to make Sigumchi Namul Recipe?

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl of ice water.
  2. Strain and squeeze out the excess water from the spinach and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Add chopped garlic, salt, sesame salt, oil, soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
