Ingredients For Sandwich Recipe
For Sandwich
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
½ cup chopped green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala/ aamchur powder
1 cup sliced onions
freshly chopped coriander
2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
Butter to grease the sandwich press and grease the bread
4 slices of bread
cheese and ketchup as required
How to make Sandwich Recipe?
- In a pan, heat oil, add jeera, chopped green chillies, haldi, red chilli powder, chaat masala or amchur powder salt, sliced onions and saute. Add coriander, mashed potatoes, water and saute again.
- Add the aloo filling between two slices of bread.
- Heat the sandwich press on the gas and add some butter to grease the press.
- Place the sandwich in the press and toast until the sandwich turns crisp from both sides.
- Serve the sandwich with ketchup/cheese/chutney!
