Pinwheel Cookies are beautiful and vibrant cookies are easier to make than they look. The chef makes one batch of dough, divides it in half, adds red colour to one portion and keeps the other as it is. She then rolls the doughs, places one on another, cuts into shapes and then bakes them.

These vanilla flavoured Pinwheel cookies coated with sprinkles are just as beautiful as they are delicious. Be sure to save yourself a piece because they are gonna disappear fast.
