Ingredients For Orange Blueberry Tea with Cauliflower Chickpea Tikki Recipe

  • For Tikki

    • 1 grated cauliflower

    • 1 cup boiled chickpeas

    • rock salt to taste

    • 1 chopped green chili

    • 1 tsp chopped ginger

    • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

    • 1 tsp chaat masala

    • ½ cup multigrain breadcrumbs

    • 3-4 tsp ghee

    • green chilli for garnish

    • chaat masala for garnish

    • mint leaves for garnish

  • For Orange Blueberry Tea

    • water as required

    • orange rind

    • 1 tbsp crushed ginger

    • 6-7 blueberries

    • 5-6 mint leaves

    • 2 chamomile tea bags

How to make Orange Blueberry Tea with Cauliflower Chickpea Tikki Recipe?

  1. In a bowl, add 1 grated cauliflower, 1 cup boiled chickpea and rock salt as per taste and mix it well.
  2. Add 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 cup multigrain breadcrumbs and make small tikki out of the mixture.
  3. In a pan, add 3-4 tsp ghee and shallow fry the tikki.
  4. Garnish the tikki with green chilies, chaat masala, mint leaves and serve the cauliflower chickpea tikki.
  5. In a saucepan, boil some water as per requirement.
  6. Add chopped orange peels, 1 tbsp crushed ginger, 6-7 chopped blueberries, 5-6 fresh mint leaves and chamomile tea bags to a graft.
  7. Add the hot boiling water to it and let it brew.
  8. Orange blueberry tea is ready to serve.
