Ingredients for Orange Blueberry Tea with Cauliflower Chickpea Tikki Recipe
For Tikki
1 grated cauliflower
1 cup boiled chickpeas
rock salt to taste
1 chopped green chili
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ cup multigrain breadcrumbs
3-4 tsp ghee
green chilli for garnish
chaat masala for garnish
mint leaves for garnish
For Orange Blueberry Tea
water as required
orange rind
1 tbsp crushed ginger
6-7 blueberries
5-6 mint leaves
2 chamomile tea bags
How to make Orange Blueberry Tea with Cauliflower Chickpea Tikki Recipe?
- In a bowl, add 1 grated cauliflower, 1 cup boiled chickpea and rock salt as per taste and mix it well.

- Add 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 cup multigrain breadcrumbs and make small tikki out of the mixture.

- In a pan, add 3-4 tsp ghee and shallow fry the tikki.

- Garnish the tikki with green chilies, chaat masala, mint leaves and serve the cauliflower chickpea tikki.

- In a saucepan, boil some water as per requirement.

- Add chopped orange peels, 1 tbsp crushed ginger, 6-7 chopped blueberries, 5-6 fresh mint leaves and chamomile tea bags to a graft.

- Add the hot boiling water to it and let it brew.

Orange Blueberry Tea is made from orange peels, ginger, mint leaves, blueberries and chamomile tea bags. This unique concoction is delicious and healthy.
Cauliflower Chickpea Tikki is made with grated and boiled chickpeas. Spices are added to this mashed mixture, and the mixture is then shaped into tikkis or patties. The tikkis are shallow-fried in ghee. Cauliflower is rich in water and high in nutrients. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
