INGREDIENTS

  • For Oats & Raisin Cookies

    • 1 1/4 cup oats

    • 1 cup whole wheat flour

    • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

    • salt to taste

    • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

    • 4 tbsp butter

    • 1/2 cup honey

    • 1 egg

    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

    • 1/4 cup raisins

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, mix oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, butter, honey, egg, chopped walnuts, raisins.

    Divide the mixture into cookie dough balls and place them on a lined baking tray.

    Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 15 mins.
