INGREDIENTS
For Oats & Raisin Cookies
1 1/4 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, butter, honey, egg, chopped walnuts, raisins.

- Divide the mixture into cookie dough balls and place them on a lined baking tray.

- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 15 mins.
