INGREDIENTS
For Nachni Chips
2 cups ragi flour/nachni flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
Peri Peri seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
citric acid
dried thyme
red chilli powder/paprika/ cayenne
salt
Amritsari masala seasoning
chat masala
red chilli powder
kasoori methi powder
dry mango powder
cumin powder
citric acid
powdered sugar
salt
PREPARATION
- Combine Nachni flour, wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well with oil. Add water and knead to form a semi-soft dough.

- Form small balls of the dough, roll thin sheets with the help of a little oil, cut them in any shape you like.

- Deep fry till crispy and golden brown, drain on tissue paper.

- Add amritsari masala seasoning and peri peri seasoning, mix well and enjoy with a hot cup of tea!

Nachni Chips are highly nutritious. Although they are deep-fried, they are made with nachni (ragi/finger millet), a healthy cereal. Nachni is high in calcium, rich in fibre and antioxidants, is gluten-free, increases bone strength, helps in digestion etc.
