  • For Multigrain Bites

    • 3 cups jaggery powder

    • water as required

    • 2 cups puffed rice

    • 1 cup puffed wheat

    • 1 cup white sesame seeds

    • 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds)

    • 1 cup puffed amaranth

    • ½ cup roasted flax seeds

    • 1 tbsp dried rose petals

    In a pan add 3 cups jaggery powder and water and let it melt on low flame.

    Then add 2 cup puffed Rice, 1 cup puffed Wheat, 1 cup white sesame seeds, 1 cup mixed nuts, 1 cup puffed amaranth, 1/2 cup roasted flax seeds, 1 tbsp dried Rose petals and mix it properly.

    Grease a plate with ghee and add the mixture to the plate and let it set.

    Once it cools down cut it into small bites. Multigrain Bites are ready to serve.

Multigrain bites are sweet snacks made from puffed rice, puffed wheat, sesame seeds, mixed nuts, puffed amaranth seeds, roasted flax seeds, and dried rose petals added to caramelised jaggery. This brittle is crunchy and delightful.
