INGREDIENTS

  • For Mr. & Mrs. Egg

    • 3 egg whites

    • 2 egg yolks

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tbsp butter

    • 1 brown bread slice

    • black peppercorns

    • tomato ketchup

    • corinader leaves

    • carrot slices

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, beat the egg whites along with salt. Heat butter in a pan and pour the egg white mixture and let it cook on low flame until it firms up slightly.

    Now add the eggs yolks carefully, without breaking them.

    Take a slice of brown bread and cut it into two halves. Trim the one-half bread into v shape from down to make pants. Take a second slice and trim it into an L shape from both the sides of the bottom and then cut it into a v shape so we can get legs with a skirt.

    Transfer the cooked egg to a plate and place both halves of the bread under each egg yolk to form two bodies.

    Place peppercorns on both the egg yolks to make the eyes. Make the mouth using tomato ketchup. Slice carrots to make their hands. And place coriander sprigs on top of yolk to make the hair for Mrs. Egg and serve.
