Ingredients For Morok Achar Recipe

  • For Morok Achar

    • 3 tbsp yellow mustard powder

    • 2 tbsp fenugreek powder

    • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

    • salt

    • tbsp lemon juice

    • 200 ml mustard oil

    • 1 cup green chillies

How to make Morok Achar Recipe?

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together yellow mustard powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add this to the mixture and mix well.
  3. In another pan, heat oil and add slit green chillies to it. Fry lightly.
  4. Next, mix these chillies with the mixture. Morok Achar is ready.
