Ingredients For Masala Gur Recipe

  • For Masala Gur

    • 1 cup almonds

    • 1 cup peanuts

    • 2 cups crushed jaggery

    • 1 tsp dry ginger powder

    • 1 tsp carom seeds

    • 1 tsp fennel seeds

    • desi ghee for greasing

How to make Masala Gur Recipe?

  1. Dry roast peanuts and almonds for 2-3 mins and transfer to a bowl.
  2. In a pan melt jaggery, add dry ginger powder, carrom seeds, fennel seeds, dry roasted almonds and peanuts and mix.
  3. Grease a tray with ghee and pour the jaggery mixture on the tray.
  4. Let it cool. Then cut into pieces.
