For Mango Kulfi
1 litre full fat milk
5 tbsp sugar
2 green cardamom, powdered
1 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup mango pulp (Alphanso)
mango chunks (Dasheri/Kesar)
2 tbsp milk powder
2-3 mango (Neelam), whole for setting kulfi
pistachios for garnish
- Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan, once one boil is done add cream, sugar, cardamom powder, mango pulp.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
- Add chopped mangoes to this mixture.
- Once the mixture has completely cooled, combine well and pour into the mold and let it set overnight or 5-6 hours in the freezer.
