Ingredients For Mango Kulfi Recipe

  • For Mango Kulfi

    • 1 litre full fat milk

    • 5 tbsp sugar

    • 2 green cardamom, powdered

    • 1 cup cooking cream

    • 1/2 cup mango pulp (Alphanso)

    • mango chunks (Dasheri/Kesar)

    • 2 tbsp milk powder

    • 2-3 mango (Neelam), whole for setting kulfi

    • pistachios for garnish

How to make Mango Kulfi Recipe?

  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan, once one boil is done add cream, sugar, cardamom powder, mango pulp.
  2. Pour the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
  3. Add chopped mangoes to this mixture.
  4. Once the mixture has completely cooled, combine well and pour into the mold and let it set overnight or 5-6 hours in the freezer.
