Manchow Soup is a popular soup from Indo-Chinese cuisine. Although it is named after “Manchuria”, a region in China, it bears no resemblance to any of the cuisines found in that region. Manchow Soup is more of an amalgamation of Indian and Chinese cuisines. Soy sauce, vingear and fried noodles are the main ingredients of this soup along with ingredients like ginger, garlic and green chillies and various vegetables.
The spicy and tasty Manchow Soup is lip-smackingly delicious.
