Onions are the soul of Indian dishes, be it veg or non-veg. Malai Pyaaz Ki Sabzi is a simple onion curry made with onion, tomato, whole spices, powdered spices and whipped cream. It is creamy and rich.

Another onion dish that Chef Pankaj makes is Besan Pyaaz ki Subzi. This dish is easy to make as it is made with only two ingredients, onions and besan cooked along with spice powders and whole spices.

Malai Pyaaz Ki Sabzi and Besan Pyaaz Ki Sabzi, the two onion-based dishes, are simply lip-smacking.
