INGREDIENTS
1 bowl puffed rice
4 tsp peanuts
Curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
3 - 4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp fried gram
3 red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
PREPARATION
- Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, peanuts, fried grams and saute.

- Then add 4 to 6 garlic cloves, 2 red chillies, few curry leaves, red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and saute.

- Now add 1 bowl puffed rice, salt and mix it well.

- Khara Mandakki is ready to serve now.
