Ingredients For Kelyache Umber with Cinnamon Sugar Recipe

  • For Kelyache Umber with Cinnamon Sugar

    • 2 banana

    • ½ cup rice flour

    • ½ cup jaggery

    • 3 tbsp fresh grated coconut

    • a pinch of salt

    • ghee for frying

    • cinnamon and sugar

How to make Kelyache Umber with Cinnamon Sugar Recipe?

  1. Heat ½ cup water in a pan. Add jaggery in the water and melt it. Add fresh coconut and cook till it boils.
  2. Add rice flour and a pinch of salt and mix well. after the boil. Cook for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  3. Peel banana and mash it.
  4. Add the rice mix in the banana mash.
  5. When done, transfer the dough in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  6. Pipe the batter out (like churros) in medium hot oil.
  7. When done, toss it in cinnamon sugar (1 tsp Cinnamon powder + ½ cup Castor Sugar) and serve warm.
