Jau ka Pani and Multigrain Namak Para is a nutritious and delicious pairing.

Multigrain Namak Para is made with kuttu (buckwheat) flour, besan, wheat flour and jau (Barley) flour. Biscuits made from this multigrain dough are baked in the oven.

Jau Ka Pani (Barley Water) is made by boiling jau in water with a little ginger. It is served by adding a pinch of lemon juice and a spoon of honey. Barley water is considered a digestive tonic in Ayurveda as it helps people with slow digestion and smoothens the digestive process.
